[07/07, 11:17] Lorraine-MP: Presentation from Matome Kapa from CER

We want to promote and define most affected communities, access information , support communities champions at local national, traditional authorities under section 29

We  do not come here to make suggestion but at the end of the day they will gazzete it without our concern

People who lives in communities where  mine operates are not happy due to failure of mines operation , equality , dust, cracks , no access to water

Why community have to carry the burden  .

Is there the meaningfull  consultation  while communities suffer for many decates

Consultation  is used as a ticking box …

One thing is that we must start being creative

[07/07, 12:32] Lorraine-MP: Ben Setlhauno from S.A Mining council
wanted to direct something that he saw on the agenda S.A mineral they claim to changing names they have moved closer to S.A counsellor before they want to confuse South Africans
And this matter was taken to court .

I was assaulted and injured on my left leg , now l have to consult the doctor as the result of the incident .
from the point that we are here to participate on the mining charter we are saying 70% must go to black and 30 % must go to whites
