What is Monitoring School?

The purpose of monitoring school is to empower communities with the knowledge of monitoring impacts of corporations that are operating in their areas. Often communities are the one that feels the impact of corporations more than anyone else. This happens because communities live, work and play close to this company and their lives gets affected.

Here at the Vaal region we have already started with the 1^st session were we focused on developing the free writing skill and encouraging the monitors to keep a dairy for their daily writing on their personal thoughts. That will help them develop their writing skills, at the same time will help them develop, personally.
