Electricity wasted by Municipality

Electricity wasted.More than ten mast lights stay on 24 hours-day and night in Kwa-Thema (Gauteng) since they were installed by Ekurhuleni Municipality about six weeks back, till today they work 24 hours. This is at a time when  community members can not afford to buy electricity.? sad news !!!.
