Ekurhuleni Municipality demolished community owned supermarkets and the other shops in and around Duduza rank in Kwa-Thema without notice and the community feel abandoned by their local government of which they voted for, as they we’re told its what the municipal bailaws intails ” all non municipal approved buildings or structures that are on the municipality roads must be demolished or forcefully removed if owners fail to comply.
