Poor service delivery

Silobela township at Carolina in Mpumalanga province we are facing the leaking sewerage and this is problematic especially when the sunrises the smell is not good at all,I started reporting this problem last year  January at the Chief Albert Luthuli Municipality  but there’s no progress its not even fix .

This is taking place at the school premises the name of the school is Violet Junior primary school in short (V.J) This is a challenge cause the livestock are drinking the water that comes from the sewer,even the students are complaining that they can concentrate due to the smell ,flies,vomiting and their toilets are not flushing
