Madibana Land buyers Committee in Thekwana, Rustenburg met to discuss the heads of arguments and transport preparations for the 999 land appeal case in Mafikeng High Court on the 08/09/17 the Meeting was held yesterday afternoon on the 30th August at Thekwana

The Madibana Landbuyers with community members appeal their case arguing that there was a lack of community consultation by the Regional Department of Mineral Resources and Sibanye Platinum Mine with they agreed the project of the Turfontein Ventilation shaft with.
