Mine stations security personnel in a location that jeopardize their health

Crown mine on the side has deployed a security to guard the dump and these ones are deployed after passing the entrance of shaft 17. They are stationed next to a mini substation and these shack its not even far from the dump,one can ask him/her self with regard to their health because they are being compromised on a daily basis and  there is also a patrol car on all dumps but. Still its not enough. The mine has also put up notice boards not on dumps as the first one i send, although all these is taking but its not enough when it comes to the well-being of the workers.
