At Gamapa Sefateng Waterkop farm 113kt there is issue of blasting within 500m but the new mine manager (Tata Khumalo) tried to engage the community about that but there was no solution and on Thursday (19 /04 /2018) mine manager and security manager conducted  door to door visits to three households and said they want to test  their blasting on households which are within 500m radars from the operations, two households  agreed to their terms and conditions  one household did not agree. These three houses are close to the mine dump. There was blasting scheduled on 20/04/2018 which did not take place because one of the house owner didn’t agree with their terms and conditions.
