Brown smoke from Anglo American plant

On Monday at 12h45 on my way to work while passing Acid Converting Plant (Anglo American-Rustenburg Section) Rustenburg near Bokamoso and Mfidike. I noticed a brownish smoke emission from the plant and there was no sign of alert, everything was normal. I could not contact the mine and government environment department. 

The very same incident happened last and I reported it on Community Engagement Forum and also did wrote article about it mine promised to form a joint emergency task team with communities around ACP to train and monitor all emission in their plants.
