Disease spreads in Mutoko

Evelyn kutyauripo,  Mutoko north community Development Trust.20/04/18

The mining companies in mutoko they don’t have stable houses for their workers. So some of the workers they rent in the villages and by so doing that they fall in love with our daughters and Even married women because they will be looking for money because of poverty. The main problem is when the workers came for job they don’t  bring their families because of no accommodation, that’s how prostitution started and therefore the diseases are spreaded all over. It happens like this both of them they don’t disclose their status. As for our community we are not happy for early marriages to the mine worker’s, and here we have child headed families. The old aged people can’t take care of the orphans because of no finance to support the kids.
