Occupying vacant land

The residents of a section called ext 10 and 19 in Jouberton, are occupying vacant land in the township. This comes at a time when the government is still busy trying to amend the constitution, concerning land expropriation without compensation. They have already occupied the spaces which are owned by the local municipality and another one which used to be utilized as a soccer pitch by the youth of the above-mentioned sections.  By Oupa Dodovu
