Riverlea Johannesburg Extension 3 residents are frustrated with nearby informal settlement Zamimpilo shack dwellers because they have illegal water and electricity connection from nearby community erected. The community are fearing their safety many are moving, the informal settlement is expanding. The residents of Extension 3 are grieved that they have to pay huge bills for water and electricity while the shack dwellers access such free to do as they please. By Dawn Anderson
