RELOCATED COMMUNITY FACING CHALLENGES ROADS.

The project on roads seems u Fair to our community of Malengine section at monametse under fetakgomo/greater Tubatse municipality in Limpopo which is under Anglo American platinum mine client Bokoni platinum mine.

 

The project started early this year on February, during their start the project was running smoothly and we expected road to be better than before, however there was lot request from community’s side Anglo American denied most of our request due insufficient budget they made for the project.

 

We currently struggles to how much budgeted for the project, as such the principal Agent Mr. Mayer told me that increased budget they have received is only for extra sixteen houses which approved to be rebuilt, we fighting to get better road either they pave the road or tire it.

 

Unacceptable slaps to enter our main gates are also disorganized like they can be easily broken. Example made the truck one day delivering sand broke the slaps. As representative of the community l mentioned the issue from the on set but they disagreed with me and ultimately they got my point they decided redone the entrance part, they also promised to considered the pavement after the end of the project.
