After long and robust engagements with Waterberg District DEA, Provincial DEA, DMR, Municipality and Traditional Leaders about non community consultation of Exxaro Coal Mine in Lephalale. DMR summoned Exxaro Coal Mine to meet with Waterberg Environmental Justice Forum on 2nd August 2018 in Lephalale Local Municipality. We have noticed that their invitation is extended to their attorneys. Those who may have more experience or knowledge on engagements are more than welcomed to advise. Especially on the issue of checking the fulfiment of legal binding commitments in  SLP Document. We also noticed that they have renewed their SLP without consulting with Lephalale Communities. Will hear from Activists who went through such meeting with  black and white capitalists.
