Livestock graze from the waste

Livestock grazes on waste and the farmers just don’t care what happens to their life stock besides selling them and this is happening not far from Diepkloof zone 6 hostel as many people are living their homelands coming to Gauteng to look for work but some of them end up have livestock that they will not take care of their livestock, hope that one day SPCA and the department of agriculture will do its work.
