Emalahleni illegal dumping spots

This war of illegal dumping has been going on for years but nothing happens. Our municipality does nothing about this problem they just turn a blind eye. I have came across a dump area near the ext 10 garage. Where you can find live stock eating through out the dump. It is growing each time I see it .Our municipality needs to act on this and start cleaning Emalahleni.
