SEWAGE BLOCKAGE AT MARAPONG

At first the plan for Lephalale was not done to accommodate the influx of people who are seeking jobs and also those who are working. The pipes are too old and are under pressure day and night. When it’s blocked it flows to the tar road causing potholes and also flooding next to informal settlement called Captain Thulare park.

Kids play with the water not knowing is raw sewage that will cause illnesses like Diarrhea .Solution is to put new pipes that will support the population of Lephalale and fixing sewage plant to support the pump stations .
