23rd April On 22 April 2020, The youth around Nkomazi in Mpumalanga are not abiding to the lockdown regulations. They do meet at the soccer field to play soccer. Compliance is hard at the rural. Today 23 April 2020 the department of health was loud telling on the streets asking the community of Madadeni to comply on the lockdown regulations as the virus is continuously spreading in the region
