City officers about 5 of them stopped at the guy who sells potatoes on the street corner outside the library and municipal office requested that the guy to produce a work permit for selling potatoes if not one of the officers said that he will call a truck to have his potatoes taken away and put to the storage but one thing that caught my attention is how calm the guy selling potatoes was and how he was responding to the officers my guess was he did not have the permit he then he pretended to be calling someone to bring the permit for him and the officers left saying they coming back they did not return.
