Shopping During Lockdown – People keep to Rules

39 days into lockdown, Mahwelereng shopping complex was fully packed even when there were SANDF around checking if people were conducting themselves according to the regulations set by the government, today 04 May 2020 senior citizens were in different paying points receiving their monthly Grant’s. When I observed around I was impressed to see people wearing their masks, and those who didn’t have masks on were returned back home and they were not allowed to enter the complex.
