Yesterday Greater Phola Ogies Women Forum together with Wamua of Phola branch took a step forward to go to a certain company working at Kendal. The problem was wages, illegal suspensions and abnormal hours and patriarchy

The workers are working for long days, doing nightshifts without allowances. Sometimes they said you are standby but no standby allowance.

That company is woman led company and most if its supervisors are women so the workers find this difficult to work under this pressure that’s why they took a step of confronting the boss lady together with Greater P O W Forum. So they are going talk with the bosses and supervisors on Wednesday
