Water Supply Problem

It is the third day that we don’t have water at Phola /Iraq. Knowing that water is life but our municipality don’t care about it’s people during this #covid18 days .
They put one small JoJo at my side, and they know very well that Iraq is so big that JoJo can’t supply is all, so they put another one yesterday but there is no water inside. The water tanks didn’t come to fill up .Still it can’t supply all of us
You can’t open water at midnight then in the morning there is no water, how are we going to wash ourselves when there is no water? We must wash our hands regularly as per #covid 19 rules with scarcity of water how are we going to fight this virus surely we can’t defeat this virus
