Susan Moraba

As COVID 19 started the artisanal mining also stopped working and people who were also digging chrome to sell to the buyers were stopped also. Trucks and big machines that transport and digs the chrome were also stopped.
During level 3 when it started some machines started working on the site and in the past few days the people who are digging returned to too.

The chrome workers site is the heads of the platinum mine Modikwa North site, incidents are happening in this place where people will die because the shaft they dig in are not safe and stones will fall on them. As they say they are making means to get food when they have gathered the chrome.
