On the 17th of June Kanana task team held the meeting with Phakamisa construction at Vaal Maseru. The purpose of the meeting was to introduce Kanana task team and the community of to the company Phakamisa construction that works under the Anglo gold to remove the rock dam. We discussed a few things that affected the community of Kanana.

The meeting was great and we agreed that any recruiting they should consult the community. After a few days we had a meeting with the company then the following week they send the Email to our committee to bring the CV’s for code 14. We collected the CV’s from the communities and handed over to Phakamisa as we agreed. The interviews were done at Vaal Maseru we work together with them we were there to observe during the interview and after interview the was a testing for code14 and we were also part of them for observations purposes and to give our community support.
