Water pipe burst

In downtown at Emalahleni next to central gas shop while going to buy easy gas I was welcomed by a pull of water coming from the burst pipe.

I spoke to the worker’s and they told me it’s been a while since that pipe burst, he further said it has been reported to the municipality but nothing is happening as those pipes are rotten.

He also said that the municipality is useless as not only they are reporting but some customers report it without success. But what I notice when returning home lot of streets around downtown are having running water mix with sewer and mu question is where do the municipality workers do their shopping because there is no need to report to them as they pass that mess in daily basis.
