Community Frustrated with electricity blackouts attack and kill battery thief.

In the early hours of the morning, in Nazareth section at Ga Mampuru the community was woken up by vuvuzela when one community member spotted a man stealing battery from the network tower that is in the village.

The community took matter in their own hand and beat the man until he scrambled and died on the scene.
