Covid19 Vs Employment

Covid19 cases are increasing, people who work at the companies, mines and shops are not sure if they are safe. What happens if employers find out that one of the employees is infected? Do they continue working or not? What happens to the person who tested positive? What happens to those who were working together with him/her?

 Does employers keep quiet about the cases that happens in their work place? Does employees scared to talk because they don’t want to lose their jobs? Is profit put first before the health of the people?

 People need income to survive but their health comes first. We want the pandemic to end and employers should save the lives of their employees too by following the right procedures after finding out that some employees have been infected.
