Rules and regulations not adhered to in schools.

When it was announced that grade 7 and 12 learners will be going back to school, it was said that when these two grades return to schools strict regulations will be adhered.

These morning before 11 am grade 7 learners were playing outside at the play grounds chasing each other, touching each other despite that play grounds will be closed but it has not happened and the question is why allow grade 7 learners to go back to school where else they are only kids and kids like to play.

I am surprised that teachers are there, school security is there and the rest of the school staff is there why the playground is not closed.
