Water tanks being damaged by the sun

Water is scarce in the village and thanks to the companies who produce tanks that can store up to 10 000 litres of water. The people are buying this tanks so that if there is water it can be stored and during rainy season they will be covered.

 There is less rain because of climate change and now the problem is the tanks looks as if are decorating the homes. It breaks my heart to see people collecting water in wheelbarrows even if they have a 5000 litre tank at home. People are trying and need someone to meet them half way. There are pipes in the village why do we get water after 2 weeks or a month? It is little bit raining today but the water is not enough to be used.
