Nkomati Anthracite mine blasting

On the 16th of October, a Member of the community living closer to the mine called me to make me aware of the blasting that happened around 14:00 in the afternoon. The community gathered and went to the mine gate to get clarity of the blasting which was without notification to them that there will be a blasting. Police came and did understand the concern of the community and the left them at peace. The manager was reported not at work(to explain the conditions and authorisation given to do the blasting).
Meeting of the follow-up will be held next week(day not confirmed).
