Women in Thekwane have taken a stand and are involving themselves in Agriculture. During the strict levels of Covid-19 Regulations, a group of Women took upon themselves to start a project whereby they plant Vegetables in their backyard. It started small, and know that their plants are blossoming, they have been approaching the market and they also sell to the locals. They need support for their project to go big.

The Food and Trees for Africa through an Activist from the Community Monitors programme handed over Fruit Trees to them for a Moral Support appreciation. We are headed in the right direction, Food must never be a problem and we wish them all the Best in their Project. Rome wasn’t built in a Day, it was Built Every day.
