Ignoring the pandemic

South Africa is still under  pandemic restrictions. People need to continue to practice social distance and wearing face masks. Ever since the president addressed the nation to put everything back to normal, people are now ignoring the pandemic regulations. In taxis people are no longer wearing face masks and the drivers are no longer using sanitizers.

In other shops in town they allow people to enter without a face mask. We no longer see police enforcing pandemic restrictions and regulations of practicing social distance.If we continue to ignore this regulations and act as if the covid 19 virus is over and dead, we will experience another countrywide lockdown due to ignorance.

It is my duty as well everyone’s to remind our communities and country men and women that the corona virus is decreased but not over and we should  continue to follow the instructions and regulations of the corona virus pandemic.
