Deadly air case in the high court, Pretoria

The date of the hearing for the deadly case in the North Gauteng high court in Pretoria has finally been issued as we have been waiting since June 2019 the filling of the case.
The case will be heard from the 17, 18 and 19 of May 2021 . In support of the case Vukani Environmental Movement( VEM) who are the applicants together with Groundwork(GW) and their Lawyer’s Center for Environmental Rights(CER) organised a fun walk in April to remind and update the people about the case at Emalahleni Highveld .
