As usual we are advised to submit applications for grades in schools for acceptance earlier. But we were involved in an issue of the child who was denied admission in Tielelo Secondary and we had to go back to school for clarity on why the child was not allocated a classroom.

I fail to  understand how will a local public school decline an admission to a local learner and rest the responsibility with the circuit. What are  the duties of  SGB in  Primary and Secondary schools  decision should be a collective effort from the School Management Board and the SGB  to  prioritize space  to local students  and in case where the space is limited  bodies can admit the students and submit motivations to the circuit.
