Some the learners from a local Secondary School .Matale Secondary School meet after school near a spaza shop to buy cigarettes and smoke while others smoke marijuana in public and it is becoming a normal act as it is their usual spot for smoking. They dont follow covid protocols they pass their smokes to each other no distance between them nd masks are off
