Freezing weather in our door Step.

As a garden lover I become a little bit disappointed if I see how the nature responds back with this extreme weather. So I can’t imagine how little plants would have survived in this or even adapt. But then nature is nature. Pity my little Spinach wouldn’t survived,I would have wasted my previous seeds and have a loss at the end of the day. So as for my side I’ll be waiting for the warmer conditions, because Highveld area is a very Cold area(See pictures below).
On this time we could have planted winter vegetables but it’s an ever changing time, community members need winter spinach, others were keep asking us when will they Gona see us selling? they wanna buy organic! Pity I don’t have all the answers.
