Water that Community use and Animals drinks

At Serafa Village near Twickenham shaft, the Community of Serafa use the water when they’re taps ran dry. They go in the cattle stream and share the water with cows.

My question is why this mine don’t supply the community with clean and drinkable water when there is no water around, rather than sharing water with the cow’s?  It is not safe for them to share with the cows because animals do have it’s own 

skin infections or maybe some bleedings that is happening.

There is a discrimination that is being happening, but the communities are blind folded. Because the workers have access to clean water then what about the masses?
