Local shopping centres are good because it is easy to access food and so many things people used to buy far from home, but our environment is no longer clean and this cause livestock from nearby villages to be in danger too. People from Jane furse, schonoord, ward 12, 13 and nearby villages buy from this shopping centre. Local people open their small businesses next to the shopping center.

The sports ground is being used for school athletics, netball and soccer for local teams. People buy food and after consumption they throw the left overs, plastic containers and papers everywhere. The goats and cows start eating and if is windy the waste is like flowers at the bottom of the fences of the nearby buildings. Makgalaborwa center is being surrounded by waste also and some people just dump waste next to their fence and the worse part is this happens next to a clinic. Government should employ cleaners and place rubbish bins so that people can throw the waste in them. And the small business owners should assist so that they work in a clean environment.
