No sport facilities in Thulani Snake park

In 2018 young people in block one took it up to create a netball ground and started a netball team . Many young people participate on this netball team every day. It has become successful and they even host tournaments with different teams around Soweto.

The municipality has failed to build sports facilities for people in our community. Many young people don’t have activities to do after school. That is why every year we have a high number of teenage pregnancies, drugs, and alcoholism. Many people have started organizations to shape our youth but still, the is a need for the government to assist them with equipment and infrastructure.
