This morning when came back from my holidays. When arrived at my neighbourhood Snake park. I found the streets flooded with rubbish.  When I asked why is this happening I was told that ” Mashaba (the mayor) has killed the Jozi@work program decided to replace it with EPWP cleaning program. Now there are new people who are hired working for this new EPWP to work for a contract of 3 months. Now the Jozi@ work people are angry throwing rubbish badly all over and chasing the EPWP people away. The smell is so bad even cars cannot pass through the streets.
