Health issues around Emalahleni it’s a serious concern people are sick, all this type of illnesses its caused by coal but no one from health Department is taking this issue seriously, all this it’s start at night that’s where people experience negative impacts of coal at night.

It’s happening at kwaguqa where we are surrounded by coal mines and coal fired Power Stations.
The old lady whom didn’t want to be mentioned she is suffering more especially at night she can’t even sleep she can’t breathe properly.

She is affected she is a Pensioner when she goes to the clinic she can’t get a relevant medication, then she will have to go and buy meditation at chemist of which it’s too expensive for her.

She is using what she has been given from the clinic, and the medication from the chemist which she can’t afford and the solution to her problem it’s to relocate to another province.

She has to relocate to another province or go and stay with her relatives, because the living conditions it’s worse.
