In the place where we live in the Highveld region is a lifeless place. We live in the place where we breath dirty air every day and everynight .

This air caused by mining operations that is happening 24/7.
We are living at Emalahleni where we are surrounded by many mines and that caused many illnesses especially the respiratory illnesses.

When the pregnant women get birth some children will be ok for that moment but after 3 – 6months the difference started to manifest where complications attacks the children.

When u go to consult they tell the relocate to a place where there’s no pollution but unfortunately most of the community members are unemployed.

When they go to the clinic they give them Panado tables because of the fact that the clinic does not have the gas for those that are suffering from asthma.

As we are the community of Emalahleni we have to be United and go to the Department of health to raise us complains so that they may know the suffering they go through.
