I have attended Climate & Environment group discussion looking at six key issues such as :

Water

Energy

Land

Food

Industry & manufacturing

People’s health

and what came out of the debate is that , we face transition by Capitalist to make money.

Pesticides chemicals is a threat to soil and they are being banned from European countries

 

Solutions

*Socially owned renewable energy

*Every household to have rain water tanks

*Secure food production

*Basic income grant

*System change

Pending question to be answered is South Africa ready for change to renewable energy?
