Unfinished Road To Magakala Tribal Office

As i was walking by i saw the road at Madifahlane Village,  that  is working but has not finished yet. The white line they haven’t done but it show that they are using it even though is not finished.

As i was asking one of the resident he say the road there are busy with it but the money has been given but the workers are stopped. The community don’t know what the problem because according to the interview that was done on Thobejane FN the money us out and now community suffer the consequences.
