Community and traditional healers meeting

 Traditional healers and communitie leaders from Limpopo,Mpumalanga,Eastern Cape and Western Cape were attending a conference in Ficksburg at Earthrise mountain Lodge,Which was organised by NATURAL JUSTICE . LAWYERS  FOR   COMMUNITIES AND THE ENVIRONMENT.It started on the 13 – 15 April 2021.The conference was all about 

* introduction to Biocultural community protocols as legal empowerment tools. 

* traditional knowledge.

* principles of access and benefit sharing ABS. 

* ABS national legal framework and introduction to ABS agreement. 

* conservation standards,protected areas and the role of communities in biodiversity conservation.

It was a fruitful knowledge to learn more about different types of speases as a Environmental activists.
