Tribute to fellow Activist

Today the 13th of March community from the surrounding of Mokopane paid their last respect to 3 community activists who died on evening of the 6 March 2021 cause of a car accident, and they were traveling using a bakkie and other 2 members are still critical in the hospital while others are released.

One of the deceased man by the name of Jerry Mashitatona was a member of Kopano Formation committee and also member of MEJCON-SA Mokopane cluster,  the community was deeply touched by their passing and they came in numbers since they were leaders in the communities.

The number of people who attended was exceeding the regulated number of people who should attend funerals even though there were no police presence but members were wearing masks and they were sanitized, and members were sanitized before entering the cemetery.
