Mine Cyber Online applications

PRETTY NDABA

Ivanplants Mine opened an opportunity for Tshamahansi, Magongoa, and surrounding villages where people have access to be recorded in the database of the mine, men and women who are interested in working under the mine go to cyber and apply for jobs.

If you are not in the database it will be difficult for you to apply for the jobs that are being offered, Cyber helps people to register, make CVs, and apply and whenever you apply you have access to scan and make copies without paying any money, as they offer it freely.

Ivanplants Mine is a company that doesn’t allow people to submit their CVs in their hands, they opened a website where they post job opportunities and also create a space for everyone to apply via the website.

Though this information didn’t reach many people and yet it has been operating since January 2024, Many community members are not aware of this CYBER thing.

Ivanplants Mine should go to tribal authority and call all the community members and alert them about this thing because many people are struggling to apply for jobs on their own, they need assistance from mine.

It would be good if young people who are struggling to get jobs had access to jobs to reduce the unemployment rate. Many youth are having stress, anxiety, and depression because they are not working and they have qualifications

Another young person complained about their age, that today when you are over 35 years you no longer qualify to be hired, So where will they do with their certificates, Did they go to school for nothing, why are the mines treating them like this

I think Kopano formation committee will intervene on this matter by checking the tribal authorities that are responsible for communities so that all community members may be aware of this Cyber application. I am sure that many young people are seated at home and know nothing about the applications.
