Women’s Planning Meeting : Climate Change hits the poor hardest.

Today’s session was to give a basic background about climate change and it’s impact on our communities. We have learned that fossils fuel such as coal ,oil and gas are causes of climate change .This fossil fuel releases gases such as methane,nitrogen oxide and carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. These gases are called greenhouses gases which  forms a layer or a blanket in the atmosphere and traps the heat that causes climate change. This  hits, hardest,  mostly on the poor because their rivers,dams and all sources of water that communities are dependent  gets dry.
