We want to promote and define most affected communities, access information , support communities champions at local national, traditional authorities under section 29
We do not come here to make suggestion but at the end of the day they will gazzete it without our concern
People who lives in communities where mine operates are not happy due to failure of mines operation , equality , dust, cracks , no access to water
Why community have to carry the burden .
Is there the meaningfull consultation while communities suffer for many decates
Consultation is used as a ticking box …

And this matter was taken to court .
I was assaulted and injured on my left leg , now l have to consult the doctor as the result of the incident .
from the point that we are here to participate on the mining charter we are saying 70% must go to black and 30 % must go to whites
