MARAPONG is the location of Lephalale in the Waterberg District  . Housing all over the world has remained a habit of dependence that affects every mankind . Housing and it’s related issues particularly informal settlements have become a serious country problem.

 

Population growth makes land scarcer by raising the demand for food and private space. Land scarcity is a serious challenge at Marapong. If the land policies are to succeed in promoting the interest of the poor communities. Failure to address land and housing issues has led to people living in danger zones .
